Cuban Heels

Definition: A Cuban heel is the widest of the raised heel types.  It angles slightly as it nears the bottom of the heel but still retains its stability and chunky character.  It is provides the greatest balance of any high heels or pumps.  They are found in shoes and boots and it is the heel of choice for dancing shoes.

Benefits: Where wearing a heel is necessary or preferred, this is the kind of heel that provides the best balance and stability.
